Titan Offline (Resolved)
05/21/2012 @ 06:32 PM CST
The Titan server is currently offline. We have rebooted the server and we expect service to be restored within the next 15 minutes.
05/21/2012 @ 06:41 PM CST
The server is presently undergoing a file systems check (FSCK) after reboot. We are revising our service restoration estimate to 30-45 minutes from now.
05/21/2012 @ 07:11 PM CST
The server has been rebooted and service has been restored.
Our Apologies
We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We're dealing with technology and servers will occasionally need to be rebooted and FSCK's will occasionally need to be performed.
I am sorry that you are upset, but to say our customer service is non-existent is simply not true -- we've blogged, tweeted and are updating support tickets as they come in regarding this issue.
What else would you like us to do?
Regards,
Jay

The server crashed, this wasn't scheduled maintenance.
We do not currently offer telephone support (and we've never offered it). Our telephone number is answered Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST, for sales and billing-related calls. You can, however, leave emergency voice mails for support.
As far as I can tell, our support link on our contact us page works just fine -- it takes you to the Account Management website where you can then click "Support" and then "Open Ticket" to complete an online support request.
Regards,
Jay

my forum is hosted here...
and i have other site in other host.
Honestly the other host is rare to have a problem. Here is kind of common. I know that the administrators here are attentive, but visitors to our sites do not like that the site is off. I ask that if possible change my account to another server more stable. If not, I have no other choice but to seek another host.

You need to send us an e-mail at support@geekstorage.com if you are having any issues. If you want your account to be migrated to a different server, you will need to request that via a support ticket.
Regards,
Jay

As I stated previously, if you would like migrated you will have to request it via support ticket. We cannot authenticate your request via our blog nor is the comment area of a blog post an official support medium.
We'll be happy to assist you, however, you will have to communicate with us via support ticket for your request.
Regards,
Jay
