SimonA few quick notes on the KB:

The "tutorial" link currently points to a URL on the now-defunct forum; perhaps either removing this or recreating it would be appropriate.

Likewise, the default home page still lists "Visit the community forum" as the top link. (While below that, the Knowledge Base and Help Desk links go to the same place.)

Some possible topics for the KB: optimizing PHP installs, perhaps with particular discussions of popular CMS packages and platforms such as WordPress. Also, some documents about the various CPanel features and install options, such as Softaculous -- and do's/don'ts as to appropriate usage of such options on GeekStorage accounts.

'nuff for now! :)

Jonathan JonesA lot of people use wordpress. Maybe include articles on what addons are good to help with server load?

Steven SeillerSetting up shared SSL certs is a convoluted process between WHM and CPanel. I do it so infrequently, I always forget the process. It is not straight-forward nor common sense.
