What we are looking for...

An ideal candidate, for any of our open positions, should possess exceptional customer support talent and a comprehensive technical understanding of Linux web hosting operations.

Preferred Skills & Education...


  An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
  Comprehensive Linux background encompassing at least 2 years of experience.
  Programming knowledge in PHP, AJAX, Visual Basic, C++ or Perl.
  The ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  Well organized and able to multi-task.
  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask for help, when needed.
  Desire to succeed and a "can do!" attitude.

Why do you require so much technical knowledge for all positions?


We believe it is necessary that all of our “G” team know how our operations function and what makes them function the way they do. This ensures we can provide superior service to our geek community without fail and without delay.

One thing to note, however, is that preferred means just that. The requirements above are what we prefer, but not absolutely require (that's below). If you are lacking in an area or two above, we'd still love to see your resume.

Additional Requirements...


  You must be fluent in English (both written and orally).
  Excellent email and phone manners.
  The ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents.
