Atlas Offline - DDoS (Resolved)

We are currently investigating an issue with the Atlas server, which is causing connections to fail.

Atlas is experiencing a large DDoS attack. We will attempt to bring the server back online as soon as possible.

Service has been restored on the Atlas server. The server is still under attack and further connection issues may be experienced.

Goliath DDoS Incident (Resolved)

The Goliath server is being hit by a large DDoS attack at the present time. We are doing our best to mitigate the attack,  however, we anticipate services to be inaccessible intermittently for the time being.

We have been able to restore service to users on the Goliath server at this time.

Titan DDoS (Resolved)

Titan has been experiencing a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack to its SMTP service for nearly the last 24 hours. We are doing our best to filter the attack as much as possible, to reduce the amount of service degradation. However, until the attack stops you will experience packet loss and slow loading times.

The Titan server is currently offline. We have rebooted the server and we expect service to be restored within the next 15 minutes.

The server is presently undergoing a file systems check (FSCK) after reboot. We are revising our service restoration estimate to 30-45 minutes from now.

Aries RAID Array Rebuild

The failed drive on Aries has been replaced and is building in to the RAID array at this time. This process usually takes around 24 hours on an active system with the legacy drives on Aries, but service speeds should remain stable throughout this time with only minor intermittent speed issues.
