How do I view if my acount has a credit balance?

An account credit can be applied for a variety of different reasons, including:

  • Generating an invoice using Add Funds
  • An upgrade or downgrade of your service
  • An affiliate payout
  • Canceling a service
  • An overpayment
  • An SLA claim

Viewing Your Account Credit Balance

To view if your account has available credit, you will first need to log in to the GeekStorage Portal.

  • Select the Account tab.

  • Under the Invoices & Credits menu, you can view if you have Available Credit.
