We offer a variety of methods for you to contact Geek Support for your support needs. Please review the following methods of contacting support, then choose which one is best for you.

Option 1: Access our Support Center


You can create a support ticket by visiting our online Account Management Website or by sending an e-mail to support@geekstorage.com. You will receive an automatic ticket confirmation number that will allow you to check the progress of your support inquiry.

Please note that the login for the support ticket system is the same as your billing system login.

Option 2: Live Chat


You can contact GeekStorage via live chat when you see "Live Geek Chat!" at the top of the page. While primarily live chat is used only after a geek has scheduled time with an administrator, we sometimes have enough time to log in and chat outside of a scheduled meeting.

Option 3: Emergency Voice Mail


If you need to contact GeekStorage due to an emeregency issue, please call our Emergency Voicemail box and leave your name, website address and a detailed explanation of your issue. You can contact our Emergency Voicemail at 1-888-865-6515.

Our dedicated support team monitors the voicemail 24/7/365 and will respond immediately to emergency issues left. Please do not use the voicemail for general support queries. Please also note that we generally will not call you back, this is strictly for getting your support ticket expedited.
