This article will describe how to login to cPanel as well as explain common errors encountered when trying to login.
How do I login to cPanel?
Your account welcome e-mail will contain your login credentials and temporary URL to your website's control panel. Once your DNS has been updated and propagation has completed you can access your control panel at:
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
Or, http://www.yourdomain.com:2082
When I go to my website's control panel URL I get a "404 Page Not Found" error!
Make sure your domain's DNS has been updated and is pointing at our name servers.
If your domain changes are still propagating, you can access your website control panel using the temporary URL provided in your account welcome e-mail.
Is my network blocking access?
If you are still having access troubles accessing your website's control panel check to make sure ports 2082 and 2083 aren't being blocked by a local firewall or router on your network.
