Titan DDoS (Resolved)

Titan has been experiencing a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack to its SMTP service for nearly the last 24 hours. We are doing our best to filter the attack as much as possible, to reduce the amount of service degradation. However, until the attack stops you will experience packet loss and slow loading times.

Aries RAID Array Rebuild

April 28, 2012 at 11:07 PM

We will be needing to replace a drive on the Aries server ASAP, which may slow the server down for a while. We will announce when this is taking place.

Aries Offline

April 28, 2012 at 5:53 PM

The Aries server has encountered a RAID error which has caused a system crash. We are recovering the system at this time, all looks well so we are just waiting for a FSCK to complete at this point. We anticipate this process to take around one hour. We are closely monitoring the process and will post updates here if any further information becomes available.
